Refund & Exchange Policy

At Begums Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us.

* No Refunds: All purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund.
*Exchange: In case of an eligible exchange, the customer must courier the product to our store address at their own expense. Once we receive and inspect the product, the exchange will be processed as per our exchange policy.
*Products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery or purchase.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
* Exchange is subject to product availability.
* In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
* Refunds will only be provided if a replacement is unavailable or in exceptional cases approved by Begums Collection.
* Sale, discounted, customized, or altered items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
* Slight color variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects.

Note: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
